Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) is the largest Coca-Cola bottler on the African continent, operating across 14 countries with a complex, multi-system operational technology landscape spanning inventory, quality management, warehouse operations, and logistics.
Operating Environment
The client runs a dual-SAP environment with deep integrations into Outperform (inventory and replenishment), Labware LIMS (quality management), and Roadnet (transportation planning). The business underwent one of the most complex corporate separations in the region, requiring two SAP systems to run in parallel during transition.
