About the Client
The Gauteng Provincial Government e-Government directorate is responsible for the digital transformation of government services across South Africa's most populous and economically active province. It manages a large and diverse estate of physical assets across multiple government locations.

Asset management was conducted through manual processes and fragmented records, making compliance, maintenance scheduling, and accountability difficult. The directorate needed real-time visibility across laptops, furniture, machinery, and equipment at multiple sites.
